Description
Forgesy Iris scissors are a type of scissors with short blades that was originally developed for ophthalmic surgery. They are alternatively referred to as Iris forceps in the United Kingdom and Asia. Iris scissors are also available in the crafting market and are sometimes used for the production of fabric-related goods.
A needle holder, also called a needle driver (Figure 1), is made from stainless steel and is used to hold a suturing needle during surgical procedures.
Hartman Mosquito forceps are used as both a hemostat and for fine tissue dissection in shallow wounds and procedures. Known for their fine tips, short, and fully serrated jaws, these Hartman Mosquito Forceps can be used as a clamping instrument to halt blood flow so that cauterization or ligation can be performed.
